Exceeds Hopes On Every Level.
Fairview Village is my home and feels like a real home. It works well from management to nurses 24/7 to a great cafe to friendly, caring staff and residents. I did not know what to expect when I came here, but it exceeded my hopes on every level.

We have not had any regrets about our move to Fair. Terrific atmosphere, plenty of things to do if we choose to and no pressure to join if we don’t. We really appreciate that every villa faces north with a generous patio where we can catch the sun. The village looks fantastic with established gardens, and the wonderful gardeners keep the communal area looking good. Management is responsive and helpful. There is always a nurse on duty if we have any health issues, and our cafe/restaurant is excellent, open from very early morning until after dinner, ready to serve us a light snack or full meal; dine-in or take back to our villa.

A pleasant Village located in Albany. A pleasant Village located in Albany, Auckland close to most services required for an easy living. Village facilities are accessible from Villas within easy walking distance from the main building that offers both swimming and spa pool, sauna, library, restaurant, lounge, and bar manned by residents. Outdoor facilities are Bowls, Croquet and Pétanque. A bus stop and petrol station are adjacent to the compound. The whole installation is ‘open’ in the sense that it is not constructed of close and cramped residential apartments as seems to be the modern trend

My husband and I have lived in this lovely village for 19 years. My husband and I have lived in this lovely village for 19 years and have never regretted choosing this particular village. We viewed several villages on the North Shore, but the moment we drove through Fairview Village, we got that feeling that this was the place for us. They didn’t have all the facilities they have now, as they hadn’t been open that long. But now they have everything one could possibly want. The staff are lovely and so friendly, they are more like friends. My husband unfortunately is now in the Hospital Care Unit, but again, everyone is lovely and so many activities to join in, I often join in too as they are such good fun. What more can I say except we made the best decision of our lives and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
