A Vibrant Community Awaits You

Vitality is the fullness of life

Our vibrant community offers a wealth of activities to help you stay active, mentally sharp, and socially engaged.

Activate the life energy that flows through you and feel vibrant and rejuvenated

At our retirement community, we believe that vitality is essential for a full and rewarding life.

Vitality is one of the five key strengths that are most highly correlated with happiness and wellbeing. The other four strengths are curiosity, optimism, gratitude, and the ability to love and be loved.

Vitality derives from the Latin word ‘vita,’ meaning life. As a physical state, it refers to feeling energetic, capable, and healthy. Psychologically, it provides a sense meaning and purpose.

"There is a well-being group here. You can say ‘I’m lonely’, or someone could point to a person and say – ‘that person needs help’ and they will take you out for coffee."

“When I came back from the hospital two wonderful people in the village said – ‘Mary, we’re going to do your shopping for you, and they still do my shopping. I make a list and ring them when they’re going, and they get what I need.”
