Villas offer the most spacious property choice in retirement villages and are ideal for privacy and independent senior living. Villas are also great for hosting friends and family. These standalone properties often feature a private garden or patio area perfect for relaxing in and enjoying the good weather. Each property also has plenty of extra space and storage, often including a garage area, and some including extra parking for visitors. Finally, because of their easy access to outdoor areas, villas are ideal locations for pet owners as well.
Villas come in a range of sizes, including one, two, and three-bedroom villas. While one-bedroom villas are available, the most common sizes are two or three-bedroom villas. Each villa is refurbished and includes everyday appliances so new residents can easily move in and feel at home without a hitch.
Albany Retirement Townhouses
If you’re looking to downsize or want to live close to friendly, like-minded neighbours, the four townhouses at our Albany retirement village are the ideal choice for you.
Townhouses, otherwise known as ‘terraced houses’, share a wall with the neighbouring properties and are strategically designed to be sunny and north-facing for great views and natural lighting. Each property comes with an abundance of space and storage, and some properties feature leafy, garden views as well as access to the outdoors, making them suitable for pet owners as well. Other properties feature a private balcony instead, providing a luxurious location to look out and enjoy the view from.
Although they are close-knit properties, each also provides excellent privacy and easy access to 24hr emergency care. Like our villas, the four townhouses are in two- or three-bedroom designs.
Lifestyle Retirement Apartments
For those who like the idea of added security and prefer the advantages of living in lifestyle retirement properties that have easy access to communal facilities, our retirement apartments tick all the boxes! Apartments are in our main lodge building and each one features a refreshing design and plenty of space. Our apartments feature spacious lounge areas, kitchens, and dining areas, as well as lovely balconies to enjoy the views. They each also feature small outdoor leisure areas, secure undercover parking, and storage space.
Compared to townhouses and villas, apartments are perfect for seniors who prefer a very low-maintenance lifestyle. Apartments are available in a varying range of sizes and designs, including practical one-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom luxury apartments, and apartments featuring two-bathroom suites.
