It is a great pleasure to advise that Glenda has accepted a promotion to Head Receptionist and will be responsible for overall running of the reception (which she has been doing anyway of course!). As well as ensuring that the reception continues to operate as it currently does Glenda will also be getting involved in other resident process such as new resident induction, entertainment planning and of course just generally being fabulous!
